Liberator Brewing Company. We
used to be Victory Brewery
& Homebrew Supply of
Oregon. Tom Noonan is the
proprietor, and Vince Howell
is the brewmaster. We have a
brewpub and brewing supplies
at:
411 East Columbia River
Highway, at the East end of
Troutdale, Oregon.
We have a
6-barrel steam fired brew
system and have three 6
barrel fermenters. There are
usually at least 6 varieties
of our beers on tap at all
times and several guest

THE BREWSHOP
We have a large selection of
brewing supplies for beginning to
advanced brewers. There are more
than 40 varieties of grains in
stock and for sale by the pound or
by the 50lb bag. We feature Wyeast
brand liquid yeasts and also carry
a wide variety of hops. We ALSO
offer brewing kits for every level
of brewer. You will discover that
brewing is simple & fun and you
can make quality beer at affordable
prices.
BEERS
Liberator brews great beers.
Four that are consistently on tap
are: IPA, Stout, Scottish Ale, and
Golden Ale. We also have an
eclectic set of guest taps. We have
14+ beers on tap at all times.
There is a wide selection of bottle
beers to choose from and several
varieties of wines and mead. For
those who don't imbibe there are
sodas, Sobe and Voodoo drinks
also.
FOOD
Our food menu goes beyond typical pub fare. We use only the freshest ingredients, including locally grown when in season, in our attempt to make your dining experience a pleasure.
